Senior Vice President

As a Vice President of Synergy Investments, Timothy is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing functions of Synergy’s investment portfolio. In this role, Timothy also develops and manages asset-level and portfolio-level financial analyses, oversees transaction and underwriting processes, and manages lender, broker, and investor relationships.

Prior to joining Synergy, Timothy was an Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. As an Investment Associate, Timothy performed market analysis, asset-level strategic planning, property valuations, zoning research, development analysis, and quantitative and qualitative real estate trends analyses. Before joining Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Timothy worked as an Architect at David M. Schwarz Architects in Washington DC. As an Architect, Timothy executed feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, construction administration, and master planning of several high-profile mixed-use projects across the nation.

Timothy received his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture with High Honors at the University of Virginia (UVa). Timothy is a CFA® charter holder and a licensed Architect. He is also active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
