As Senior Manager of Leasing, Tim Ferguson is responsible for growing and strengthening Synergy’s tenant base and coordinating leasing transactions within the portfolio. Utilizing his relationships across the industry, Tim ensures Synergy, and their partners, are employing the latest market data and trends to maximize investment objectives.
Tim joined Synergy in 2021 and has been actively involved in Boston’s commercial real estate industry since 2015. He previously worked at Jumbo Capital Management and Avison Young with a focus on Boston’s urban core office market.
Tim is a graduate of Boston College and Saint John’s High School. A Worcester native, he currently lives with his wife in South Boston.
