As Vice President of Property Management, Jim Higgins is responsible for the management of a portfolio of assets with a total value of over $700 million, encompassing 1.2 million square feet of retail and office space. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of each asset in his portfolio, including physical building appearance, property management staff, building engineering, tenant relations, budgeting, financials, and monthly reporting.
Jim has over 26 years of property management experience. Before joining Synergy in 2014, he was with Wight & Company; before that, he spent seven years with CBRE. Jim received his Real Property Administrator Certification (RPA) through BOMA and has continued to hone his skills through continuing education courses in Project Management and Property Management, via Northeastern and WPI.
