Edward Roberts

Vice President, Property Management

As Vice President of Property Management, Ed Roberts directs a team of personnel which oversees the management and operation of 2.5 million square feet of office, retail, and parking properties in downtown Boston and the 128-West Metro Area. Ed is responsible for the development and oversight of budget preparation, property business planning, financial reporting, and physical building operations for a range of national and global clients including institutional REIT investors, insurance companies, and family-fund partnerships. He also manages Synergy’s portfolio sustainability reporting, including compliance with municipal energy reporting requirements, Energy Star awards, LEED certification, Fitwel Viral Response management certification, and the development of sustainability best practices.

Ed has over 13 years of property management experience. Before joining Synergy in 2014, Ed was with Cushman & Wakefield. Ed received his BSBA from Babson College and is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
