Alex works closely with the firm’s current joint venture partners to create and implement strategic business plans for owned and acquired assets including leasing, capital improvements, and redevelopment initiatives as well as the recommendation, coordination, and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinance transactions. He also prepares & delivers detailed reporting and updates on assets currently owned by the firm including summaries of asset-level P&L statements, cashflow projections, and distribution recommendations.
Alex joined Synergy in 2020 and has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2016. He started his career in Boston at Transwestern Consulting Group & CBRE working on the suburban brokerage team. From there, he moved to New York City and worked at Ladder Capital Corp (NYSE: LADR) on the asset management team overseeing their balance sheet loan portfolio & NNN equity book.
Alex is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the Belmont Hill School. At Holy Cross, Alex received a degree in Political Science with a Peace & Conflict Studies concentration. Since moving back to Boston, Alex has been active within Boston’s commercial real estate and philanthropic communities. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Associate (REFA) Emerging Leaders program as well as a member of The Business Associates Club. He also serves as a Class Agent and member of the Young Alumni Program at the Belmont Hill School.
