As Manager of Leasing, Teddie Massad is responsible for growing and strengthening Synergy’s tenant base and coordinating leasing transactions within the portfolio. Utilizing her relationships across the industry, Teddie ensures Synergy, and their partners, are employing the latest market data and trends to maximize investment objectives.
Teddie joined Synergy in 2021 and has been actively involved in Boston’s commercial real estate industry since 2015. She previously worked at Avison Young, WS Development and Risk Strategies, gaining industry knowledge in both Boston and real estate markets across the country.
Teddie is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross and she currently resides in Boston’s North End.
