As the Vice President, of Client Solutions, Kevin Marsh is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic marketing and business development plan designed to grow both the existing and new client base in the Greater Boston market. This role is instrumental in the firm’s strategy to enter new market segments, acquire new client relationships, drive new sales for the company, and ensure business growth strategies are met. Kevin will focus on growing the Synergy Services business lines, including property management, project & construction management, engineering, and financial services across several different asset classes.
Kevin has 10 years of commercial real estate experience in both local and national leasing & sales transactions, as well as in project management. Prior to joining Synergy, Kevin was a Vice President at CBRE where he focused on tenant & landlord representation and led business development efforts for project management in the office, life science, medical, and industrial sectors. Prior to CBRE, Kevin was an Associate Director for Newmark’s Global Corporate Services team, acting as a transaction manager for national and international occupier clients.
Kevin is an active member of the Boston real estate community, including NAIOP, GBREB, and CoreNet. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire in Environmental & Resource Economics and has held a Massachusetts Real Estate License since 2013.
