As Vice President of Property Management, Liz is
responsible for the overall management of a portfolio
of Boston-based assets totaling 1.2 million square feet
of office and retail space. Liz has been in the commercial
real estate industry for 30 years and has extensive
experience in budgeting and financial reporting, capital
planning and execution, asset management, tenant
relations and customer service. Prior to joining Synergy,
Liz spent 4 years working for Carr Properties as a
General Manager and 16 years at Colliers International.
Liz is an active member of Building Owners & Managers
Association (BOMA) and NAIOP.
