Robert Parsekian, Vice President - Asset Management

Bob and his team are responsible for maximizing the economic performance of all Synergy assets.  Bob works in conjunction with the acquisition team to devise a strategy for each asset and then executes this strategy through managing the leasing process and property management functions. 

Active in Real Estate for over 10 years, Bob has participated in the leasing of  over 2 million square feet of commercial office space.  His previous employers include PriceWaterhouse Coopers, McCall and Almy, and Meredith Management.  Bob is a graduate of Tufts University, has an MBA from Babson College, and is a member of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association and the Real Estate Finance Association.
