Noah Hano, Vice President - Acquisitions

Noah leads the Synergy Acquisitions Team with responsibility for the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and due diligence of all acquisitions for Synergy. His extensive background in Investment sales gives Noah a unique skill set through which he is able to identify, analyze, and close acquisition opportunities. 

Throughout his 15-year career in real estate, Noah has been involved in some of the most influential real estate projects in Boston, including Rowes Wharf, Charles Square, and South Station. 

Prior to Synergy, Noah was Vice President and co-founder of the Investment Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Boston where he was a specialist in the disposition of investment-grade commercial property valued between $5 million - $50 million.  During his extensive career as an investment sales broker he has been involved in excess of $1 billion of transactions.  Previous employers include NAI Hunneman, Beacon Properties Corporation / Equity Office Properties, and Carpenter and Company. He is a Graduate of Boston University, and a member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
