James F. Grady, Director of Leasing

As Director of Leasing, Jim is responsible for growing and strengthening Synergy’s tenant base and asset holdings.  He coordinates all leasing transactions and capital improvements within the portfolio and maintains constant communication with tenants and brokers to ensure timely and competitive responses to emerging trends and prevailing market conditions.

Jim brings over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena. Prior to joining Synergy, Jim worked at KS Partners, LLC, NAI Hunneman, Cushman & Wakefield and The Codman Company. He maintains many professional affiliations and is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Jim is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the Roxbury Latin School. At Holy Cross, he was a member of the Varsity Football Team and still remains closely involved with the program holding a seat on the college’s Gridiron Club Leadership Council. Jim is an NCAA men’s basketball official on the Divisions I, II, & III level and serves on the Executive Committee of IAABO Board #27 for basketball officiating.
