Deborah J. Geden, Director of Property Management

Deb is responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s property management division; including fiscal management, physical operations, and vendor/client relationships.   She oversees the management team and works in close partnership with the asset management group to develop and execute specific strategies for each property. 

Deb has over twenty-three years of experience in the real estate industry.  Prior to joining Synergy, she served as Vice President and Director of Property Management for Trammell Crow Company’s New England region, where she led a team of forty professionals managing a portfolio of over five million square feet.  Over the course of her career, Deb has personally managed several million square feet of commercial space, specializing in value-added projects.  Deb has worked with a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Principal Global Investors, Morgan Stanley, Kennedy Associates, Cross Harbor Capital, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Archon Atlantic and John Hancock Financial Services.  

Deb is a member of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association and New England Women in Real Estate.
