Synergy Investment & Development announces the recent hiring of Deborah J. Geden as Director of Property Management. Deb will be responsible for directing all aspects of the company’s property management division; including fiscal management, physical operations, and vendor/client relationships. Deb will add leadership to the management team and will work in close partnership with the asset management group to develop and execute specific strategies for each property.

Deb has over twenty-three years of experience in the real estate industry. She joins Synergy from Trammell Crow Company’s New England region, where Deb served as Vice President and Director of Property, leading a team of forty professionals managing a portfolio of over five million square feet.

Over the course of her career, Deb has personally managed several million square feet of commercial space, specializing in value-added projects. She has worked with a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Principal Global Investors, Morgan Stanley, Kennedy Associates, Cross Harbor Capital, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Archon Atlantic and John Hancock Financial Services. Deb is a member of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association and New England Women in Real Estate.
